Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with some drivers who are too lazy to pick up costumers.
There are some drivers who did not contact me right after they accepted my order. When I tried to contact them, some of them did not answer my message or my call, and the worst was few of them turned off their phone. Because of that, I do not know if it is okay to cancel the order or I must wait for their call/message. I hope Gojek can handle this kind of drivers immediately.
